Marlborough St One Way Southbound For 3 Months

As part of the Luas Cross City Utility Works. Marlborough Street will be one way between Cathal Brugha Street / Sean MacDermott Street and Talbot Street for  3 months from the 1st May

Cathedral Street between Marlborough Street and Thomas Lane will be open to vehicular traffic.Traffic travelling northbound to Cathal Brugha Street / Sean MacDermott Street / Parnell Street

Traffic on Marlborough Street between Cathal Brugha Street / Sean MacDermott Street and Cathedral

Street should:

• Turn right onto Cathedral Street
• Continue westbound on Cathedral Street
• Turn right at the next junction onto Thomas Lane
• Continue northbound on Thomas Lane
• At the next junction turn left onto Cathal Brugha Street to access O’Connell Street;

or

• Turn right onto Cathal Brugha Street to access Sean MacDermott Street / Parnell Street and follow existing diversion (shown in yellow and green on the map)

There will be no impact to southbound traffic movements on Marlborough Street between Cathal Brugha Street and Talbot Street.

Traffic Diversion Signs will be in place for the duration of the works.

Pedestrians on Cathedral Street should take additional care and look out for vehicles using  Cathedral Street between Marlborough Street and Thomas Lane.
