We're not about to jump on the google glass bandwagon, BUT, a company in Israel, Orcam, has developed a nifty device to help the visually impaired read street signs, bus numbers and other essential information.
Very handy improvement for road safety and pretty helpful too. It can recognise faces, places and products. It's a little bit expensive but really impressive!
